Infusion Altar Setup

The Infusion Altar is a multiblock structure used to craft Seeds and Augments. It requires 1 Altar and 8 Pedestals.

How to Build

Place the Infusion Altar in the center.
Place 8 Infusion Pedestals around it in a 3x3 pattern (or within close range).
Right-click the Altar with the Seed Base (or main item).
Right-click Pedestals with the Ingredients.
Activate the Altar with a redstone signal or wand.

Farming & Growth Optimization

1. Mystical Farmland

Don't use regular dirt. Craft Essence Farmland. Higher tiers increase the chance of a "Second Seed" drop and boost growth speed.

2. Mob Seeds (Soul Jars)

To grow mob drops (Zombie flesh, Blaze rods), you must first capture their souls.

Craft a Soul Jar.
Kill the specific mob while holding the jar in your inventory.
Once the jar is full, use it in the Infusion Altar to craft the Mob Seed.
Tip: Automate these seeds to stop building laggy mob grinders.

3. The Crux Requirement

Some T5 seeds (Nether Star, Dragon Egg) will not grow unless you place a specific Crux Block directly underneath the farmland.

⚠️ If your Wither Skeleton seed isn't growing, check if you have a Wither Crux under the dirt!

Troubleshooting & FAQ

❓ Why won’t my seeds grow?

🚫 Two common reasons: 1) You are using the wrong tier of farmland (some seeds require specific tiers). 2) The seed requires a Crux block placed directly underneath the farmland (common for Withers/Nether Stars).

❓ Do I need water or light?

🌞 No! Mystical Agriculture crops ignore vanilla light levels and do not need water hydration (though watered farmland might provide small bonuses depending on modpack config). They mostly need Essence Farmland.

❓ My Infusion Crystal broke!

💔 The basic Infusion Crystal has limited durability (usually 1000 uses). Your goal should be to craft the Master Infusion Crystal, which has infinite durability.

❓ What are Growth Accelerators?

⬇️ Blocks you place under the farmland. They provide growth ticks to the crop above. You can stack them vertically to increase the effect.
