Shadows of Aethro is now getting some new fresh mods and shaking off some of the old ones.

Mods Added:

• ReChiseled: Enhance your world with more textures and designs for all your favorite blocks! Deepslate never looked better!

• ProjectE: Get ready to transmute items you don't need for the ones you really desire. Just make sure you remember to exchange equivalently for those Netherite Ingots!

• Hostile Neural Networks: Digital Mob farming made easy! (Yes, you read that right; Some research required!)

• Mine and Slash: Adds Progression Mechanics you never knew you wanted to both combat and gear! Become the Greatest!!

Mods Removed:

• Advent of Ascension - Removed because mod wasn't updated to server version. Bummer!! We hope it comes back soon!

What is Shadows of Aethro?

Shadows of Aethro is a Forge-based Minecraft server designed for players who love city-building, automation, and deep survival mechanics. With no staff permissions and minimal restrictions, players can freely explore, build, and expand their own settlements in a dynamic, player-driven world.

At its heart, MineColonies allows you to establish and manage a full-fledged town, complete with builders, farmers, guards, and more. Whether you prefer running a peaceful village, constructing a sprawling empire, or simply exploring the world with new mechanics, Shadows of Aethro offers an immersive experience.

What Mods Are Available?

To enhance gameplay, we’ve carefully curated a set of mods that expand on survival, automation, and exploration. Here’s what you can expect in version 1.5.2:
